hey! wah… this week doing so many things.. hehe I think my studies cui already!! :P But no lah I will be conscientious with my studies.. so far only 1-2 lectures behind for each of my modules and lots of projects to settle! :D
Really enjoyed myself helping at the Kids’ Breakout.. kids are like so carefree… so innocent :) They do what they mean and mean what they do! :) the event also broke a record of the largest words being formed by STARS!! :D I almost fainted in the midst of all the stars!! hahaha

highest place ~ my new guitar =)
Want to share a very nice song!! :) It’s Highest Place by desperation band!! this song really touches my heart whenever I hear it.. “Lord you search me.. and you know me..”, “You are right there.. I will find you waiting..” He is always in the highest place :)
this week also decided to upgrade my guitar la.. haha.. time to do so? cos has been playing my guitar for like.. 2 years le? :D wow.. choosing guitar is like choosing wife like that.. cannot anyhow.. because my budget is S$1000 you know!! :) so need to choose carefully.. went around the shops few times to try out with daniel and chester! :D tried a Yamaha LL16, Maestro Alpha and Rosetta and a Alvarez MD90.. so hard to decide la!! :P finally today went to try out a 2nd hand Larrivee L-03 instead. Find that it suits my taste the best so bought on the spot! =) despite being a 2003 model, the owner has maintain it very well!! :)

wow.. just thought of how God has changed me.. It’s Him that first stepped into my life in a dream when I was in sec3 or 4.. looking back at this 5 years since I come to church, lots of things have happened.. and God is always faithful! :)
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.
Romans 8:28
Truly, all things will work for good for those who love Him, and put Him first.. in the highest place. Seeing what I have been through these 5 years, there were times that were really difficult.. times when you thought of taking the easy way out, times when you thought of giving up.. but God has proved Himself to be faithful times and times again.
No matter how difficult it is or how tough it seems, put your trust in Him, for He will definitely prove Himself faithful once again! =)

hey this week is my last official service with w479 and with my usher team and all my friends there! of course I will still see them around, but I know it will always be different:)
lots of mixed feelings in my heart.. I know I can’t lie to myself rofl :) the truth is it is definitely not easy to part, but I am going to trust God for everything that’s ahead.. and lift up all the seeds into His lovely hands.. =)

farewell dinner with usher team!!
hehe.. monday had a mini farewell with jurong west usher team.. let me tell you a story.. the 5 of us, Enyun, Lennard, Hanwee, Minghui were so poor… in the end we decided to go to MacDonald instead. we digged really hard and managed do combine our total asset of S$9.75.

(we managed to buy 2 large fries, 5 vanilla cones, 1 small coke, 5 cups for plain water and lots of sauces!! for only S$9.60! The counter girl was so kind she said if need more sauce can come back to get more! and she says she like the coints we given her! :) in the end we still do charity with the left over S$0.15 we have)

back from maur mission trip!!
haha back from 4 days mission trip in maur!! it was really an AMAZING TRIP!! like what zhipeng said.. it was really “FENG YUN”!! totally blown away!! haha I will try to keep this blog as short as possible.. cos really too many things happended in just 4 days!!

Firstly wanted to share about God’s divine strength upon my health.. 1-2 days before the trip, I was already starting to feel feverish and cough because of a sudden flu.. feeling quite bad actually.. had never feel this sick ever since I have remembered.. but the amazing thing is God strength and protection is there to sustain me.. never letting my body fall.. Thanks for all the prayers from w479 and marketplace people! :) after 2nd day, my fever had subsided.. but guess just recovered so suddenly feel very ‘blank’ in my mind.. but at least I recovered! :D

wow.. muar isn’t a very big church.. I guess its only about less than 80 people? but one thing they have is they have a very innocent heart.. they didn’t really have much.. but whatever they do, they just want to do their best for God. when they heard the team from CHC is coming over, all of them are so excited!! and you can really see the desire in their heart to try to learn as much as possible from the team and try to suck as much annointing as they can.. really hungry to learn from the team! it’s not that the team really have so much to offer, but what I see is their innocent hearts and willingness to learn!

first of all we are all VERY VERY blessed by them… really touched by their simple gesture! although they didn’t have much, but they gave us in little ways whatever they can! take for example their staff Ah Chuan, he didn’t really have much, but all he has is a servant heart. throughout the 4 days, he was driving us around in his van to bring us to the various places and for vistations.. never once complained but so faithful in doing so.. even in church.. he serve in whatever ministry which needs his help.. didn’t ask for anything in return.

and their members were so kind to show us around! bring us to eat the nice food in maur, and allowing us to visit their otah and bread factories. They are so kind to give us big bags of otahs, breads, mangoes and even dragonfruits for us to bring back to Singapore for our family.. although it isn’t what valuable things.. but.. they are REALLY their token of love and appreciation for the team.. *so touched*

even on the last day.. one of their member xulan jie is so kind to invite us over to his salon for haircut and facial treatment! she help us to facial, clean our faces and trim our eyebrow for free!! even gave us pimple cream to bring back! and she is also the one who owns the bread factory!! a really 2 different side of her! even in the midst of her work, on the last day, she even volunteered to drive us to the bus terminal and to make sure all of the 9 team members board the bus safely.. wow.. we are really blessed? :D

let me tell you how amazing our God is!! firstly like what I shared, He really sustained my health!! and you know throughout the trip, alot of us were not used to the new environment and was falling sick, but by the grace of God, we managed to keep all our plans in place to run the 2 services for the muar harvest church and even conducted training lessons to disciple their ministry workers as well as impact their cellgroup meetings. God is a God who never shortchained His people! :D

Another amazing thing is.. the team from Singapore is almost all ‘jia gang dang’ one haha.. never have we spoke alot of chinese even in Singapore, needless to say to preach and share in chinese!! wow.. but it’s really by the grace of God that all of us are able to pray, share messages and testimony and to convey the love of God through chinese. Zhen ying took less than an hour to conver her sermon from ultra chim version to a simplified sermon just before the 1st service starts. And guess what? Almost all of the youth responsed and I believed for most of them, they are very impacted by the word and the prescence of God! and for Zhipeng.. before the 2nd svc he was having difficulty praying in Chinese, and even during preaching, he made some mistakes in chinese, but God’s grace still prove more than enough for us. During the end of the preaching towards the ministry time, the prescene of God is so strong.. everyone knelt down on their feet, even for many of the new friends who came to church 1st time.. and tears was rolling down their eyes.. this is an adult service and you can really see their broken and contrite spirit.. wanting to give their life to God once again.. to love God all over again.. after that, zhipeng and the team laid hands on almost everyone that came for the service, many fell under the power of God.. wow.. the atmosphere was simply.. very strong.. everyday was tearing including pastor Lilian.. how amazingly God has touched everyone in that meeting.. and I just feel most of the members (most of them are elderly) caught the calling from God again.. to bring revival together for maur harvest church:)

even for me I have to made many prayers in chinese.. as well as shared a chinese testimony with jonathan during the adult service and really thank God for using our testimony to touch the lives of their congregation. I also had to attend one of their cellgroup alone as Logan suddenly fall sick and it was really a BIG step of faith for me to attend the cellgroup alone and even have to share something to really bless them and encourage their members.. don’t forget for this cellgroup I am attending, most of them are aunties and uncles around 40+.. Do you know while I am on the way, I was still so nervous in thinking of what games to lead them and what message to bring across to them through my testimony? ROFL.. But God never fails His servant whom He has called! I was so amazed how God grace has been upon me.. Firstly, I have never shared my testimony in chinese before, and has never really prepared in what to share to them. But thank God for putting into my mind and my mouth on what to share. I was so amazed by how the words can just flow out of my mouth, and how easily by the grace of God that I manage to bring the points across to them. While I was sharing I could really see they are really hungry by what I am going to share and after sharing.. I really feel they have caught what are the things that God has wanted me to share! :) All Glory to God!! :) I also prayed a prayer of blessing over their cellgroup and their members :)

Another I caught is really their love for people.. it’s really tangible.. you can REALLY see their love.. that is what the bible always say.. Love is not words, Love is action! :) Why? For God so love the world.. that He GAVE his only Son! :)
So many things we have learned from maur harvest church.. so blessed by them.. such a simple faith they have, and I really believe through this church, a great revival is going to come forth just by their simple faith! ok there so so many things to write about.. but many of them is not sufficient to just put them into words. take a look at the pictures!! :D

August has ended!
Yeah.. august has ended.. so it is good for me to chop the ending with a blog post hahaha!! every week is just getting busier and busier :) that’s why it’s even more important for me to depend even more on God’s wisdom and strength :) it’s not how busy or how much things you have.. it’s how you prioritise your time that matters :)

This week also went for Jo’s mum’s wake.. was kinda sudden.. the TSKS were there just to accompany her and be there for her :) I am sure we will see her again one day in Heaven! :)
